I'm a snacker. And not the healthy kind. (Does that even exist?) I crave something sweet every day at 3pm. I try to alternate between healthy and indulgent. This week I'm going through my chocolate and peanut butter phase. :)
What about you? What do you snack on in the afternoon? When do your cravings hit?
If I have chips in the house I will totally snack on those. Love Doritos. I just force myself not to buy them so they aren't staring at me in the pantry.
ReplyDeleteYes, that's a good idea not to have them in the house. Also, I try not to go grocery shopping when I'm hungry!
DeleteHaha! My Wordless Wednesday was about resisting the doughnuts in the break room. I try to keep applesauce or a fruit cup around for when I feel weak.

DeleteI had to stop bringing snacks to school! I literally only keep "emergency" food - which is tuna and some natural almonds (neither of which I want to eat). I eat a huge breakfast and lunch to make up for it. And I totally avoid the breakroom ;)
ReplyDeleteHaha! I love the idea of emergency food being food you wouldn't otherwise eat. And it's true that NOTHING good happens in the break room. ;)
